JOIN US ON THANKSGIVING 2019

Earn that turkey and stuffin’!!! Join us Thanksgiving morning for the Seubert Struttin’ Our Stuffin’ Turkey Trot on Nov. 28th at the North Park Rose Barn.Not officially timed, not overly competitive, this 4.4 mile run/walk/bike event is a great way to start the day with family and friends.Proceeds will benefit Our Own Home.

Registration:Register by noon on Tuesday, Nov. 19th to receive a 1/4 Zip Pullover!! New this year adult and youth sizes available!!

Cost: $25.00

Same day registration will be available on race morning however you will not be guaranteed a shirt

Register/Check-In:8:00am Check-in at the Rose Barn8:00am Same day registration available (you will not be guaranteed a shirt)

9:00am Race begins

Race begins and ends in front of the Rose Barn.

Parking: Parking is available at the Rose Barn and Boathouse parking lotsCourse Description:The course is mostly flat, paved 4.4 mile loop around North Park Lake. Numerous orange barrels and directional arrows will be placed through the course.

Our Own Home was established in 2003 to support individuals with mental illness and developmental disabilities with housing, employment and independent living skills. In 2016, we added supports to individuals struggling with addiction due to a growing need in our community.Our Own Home staff currently serves people with developmental disabilities, people in recovery, and people with mental illness to achieve their goals in all aspects of life. Whether a person needs support to learn new skills, to engage in community activities, to be included more in their educational opportunities, to enter the work force, to remain healthy and drug or alcohol free, or simply to survive through satisfying the most basic needs of housing, food and clothing; Our Own Home is here to help, dedicated to achieving positive results one person at a time.Our approach is to accept those we serve as part of our family as we support them in their community, in their schools, in their homes or in homes that we provide for them.
